Cook a large onion in oil until soft. Add a heaped teaspoon of Chilli Con Carne seasoning (more or less to taste) and a chopped red pepper. Add 500g minced beef. When browned add 2 tablespoons tomato puree, 300ml stock, 1 tin tomatoes and 1 tin rinsed kidney beans. Simmer for 1 hour. Serve with rice and soured cream.
