Roghan Josh Curry Powder

For a quick curry fry a large, sliced onion in 1 tbsp. of oil until golden. Add 500g meat and seal. Add 1 tbsp. of curry powder and cook for 1 minute. Add 500ml stock and simmer uncovered until meat is cooked. Add more stock if needed. For a creamier sauce add 2tbsp yoghurt before serving.

Ingredients: Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Chilli, Fenugreek, Onion, Ginger, Pimento, Pepper
