Chermoula

Chermoula is a versatile and delicious spice blend used to add flavour and a spicy heat to fish, chicken and vegetable dishes

Mix one teaspoon (more or less to taste) of Chermoula with a tablespoon of olive oil and the juice of half a lemon. Use as a marinade with meat, chicken, fish or vegetables. Great barbecued, grilled or pan fried.
