Deliveries and Lead-times

Please allow upto 14 days for UK delivery. However, orders are usually despatched within 48 hours.

During peak times (particularly at Christmas) this may not be possible.

Quay Ingredients Ltd has the right to decline any orders without explanation.

Refunds & Complaints

We take complaints seriously and we will respond to any issues as soon as possible. If you are not happy with your order, for any reason, then please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We aim to resolve any issues as swiftly and amicably as possible.

PayPal is an extremely secure on-line payment system which ensures security and privacy of the information.
